Terms and Conditions

1. No student will be admitted to any programme unless the Director of Admissions is satisfied that the student's previous education will enable him/her to benefit from the proposed programme.

 

2. The registration fee of £100 is not refundable unless LIC is not able to service the programme.

 

3. Fees must be fully paid before starting the programme, unless an instalment programme has been agreed.

 

4. Advance tuition fees are refundable (less 10% administration fee) only in the following circumstances:- Failure of a visa national to obtain a UK study visa, provided that written permission is obtained from the relevant Embassy or Consulate.

 

5. In the event of a student being dismissed by the College, fees will not be refunded.

 

6. Enrolment for a programme, together with payment of the required deposit, creates a binding agreement to follow the programme and pay the full fee.

 

7. The College reserves the right at any time to make whatever changes may be deemed necessary in admission requirements, fees, charges, tuition,policies, regulations and academic programmes prior to the start of any programme.

 

8. The College reserves the right to place onto a programme commencing at a future date students who arrive late for the programme they should be attending.

 

9. The College reserves the right to cancel any course should minimum enrolment figures not be met.
